Scope of the Technical Advisory and Management Services:

• Design review
• Setting up the Operating Company
• Setting up the Quality Management System, the Occupational Health & Safety System
• Prepare the User Requirement Specifications and the Operations and Maintenance Manuals
• Define the O&M and Toll Collection Strategy
• Prepare Liaison Procedure
• Manage negotiations with subcontractors
• Assist in staff recruitment
• Manage and commissioning the Operating Equipment, Toll Collection and Roadside Systems, Asset and Maintenance management Systems
• Provide Management to the company;
• Daily support of ERG Operator.

The tender process of this build, operate, transfer (“BOT”) concession for the Ankara-Niğde Motorway Project was launched by the General Directorate of Highways (KGM) on 30 December 2016. Project includes construction, operation and transfer of Ankara-Niğde Motorway on a BOT basis.

The Project involves the construction of a 323.77 km motorway commencing in Ankara and ending at Niğde puddles junction consisting of 3 sections:
(i) Ankara – Acıkuyu,

(ii) Acıkuyu – Alayhan and
(iii) Alayhan – Gölcük intersections.

It includes the construction of 12 intersections, 5 viaducts, 139 underpasses, 47 overpasses and bridges, and the installation of toll collection, signalling and safety systems.

Tolling System will include 12 Toll Plazas with 98 lanes (will allow toll collection by cash, credit card and ETC).

The scope of Intertoll-Europe ZRt. is as Technical Advisor for all O&M services and Toll collection on the project.
